The package is divided into five layers. 
The foundation is a transportation support plate to facilitate transportation and loading and unloading; 
The second layer uses wooden boxes or wooden frame boxes, which have the function of resisting external forces;

How does the custom design process work?
1. Send us your requirements (text, drawings or photos);
2. Make a quotation based on specific needs; confirm the quotation;
3. Confirm the sketch, you need to confirm the drawings, then make a contract;
4. Confirm the contract order and pay the deposit;
5. Make detailed design drawings and production drawings;
6. Confirm the drawings or modify them, then start production according to the drawings;
7. After production, assembly and hanging, take photos and videos for you;
8. After production, inspection, packaging, plywood, and taking pictures;
9. Pay the balance after inspection and arrange delivery;
10. Receive the goods, provide installation after-sales service, and complete the order.

Q: Do you accept OEM or custom design?
A: Any customized lighting design can be put into production, your design ideas and all personal information will all be kept in secret for privacy purpose.

Q: How can we guarantee quality?
A: Always a pre-production sample before mass production. Always final Inspection before shipment.

Q: We are a 5-star hotel. Have you ever done a similar hotel before? Is the quality guaranteed?
A: Every year we produce custom projects chandelier for five-star hotel. We are very processional on high standard product  requirements, Through no less than 5 major production key process of quality control to make sure the high quality.

Q: If the goods received are damaged, how to solve the problem?
A: By buying insurance. If it is a small part of damage, supplementary accessories can be provided free of charge.

Q: Do your lamps come assembled? How easy is it to install them?
A: Depending on the design, lamps may come fully assembled or require minimal assembly upon delivery. Clear instructions and necessary hardware are provided to ensure straightforward installation. Our team is also available for assistance if needed.

Q: How long is your warranty period? What if the light source is broken?
A: The shelf life of lamps is 3 years, and the shelf life of lamps with light sources is 1 year. If the lamp is broken,  we will teach you how to repair it, or send you parts; If the light source is broken, you can fill the light source for the next order or you can purchase nearby.

Q: Can you inspect the goods before shipment?
A: Before shipment, we will check each product and take pictures and videos for you to confirm, And welcome the third party or other agents invited by customers to inspect the goods in our factory.
